  • Core Function: Creative Artistic Works (CAW) performs the administrative tasks associated with submitting a manuscript to author-identified agents and publishers. With the author's permission, CAW professionals will lightly tailor the query letter to the targeted recipient.
  • Author Responsibility: The author is responsible for providing all required materials in a submittable format. Creative Artistic Works has no editorial authority.
  • Service Boundary: This service is purely administrative and includes only submitting author-generated materials according to the specific submission guidelines of the target recipient.

Proxy Query Submission

Creative Artistic Works, L.L.C. acts as your professional liaison to the publishing world. We handle the administrative heavy lifting of the submission process, ensuring every query is submitted to the specific requirements of each editor or agent. You get a streamlined tracking spreadsheet; we handle the "muss and fuss" of the submission process.

Process

Step 1: Title Onboarding

We collaborate with you to identify the submission requirements and gather necessary documents and information for all target recipients.

Step 2: Proxy Query Submission

We submit your materials to your target recipients following their specific guidelines. Unless otherwise specified, you will manage all further contact with target recipients.

Deliverable

We will update a personal dashboard with the status of your query (Pending/Submitted) and a screen shot of the confirmation of submission.
